Freelancers
With the exception of a few permanent positions, Faction is staffed by freelancers working on particular projects. When in production, we recruit according to our needs from our CV bank. To add your CV please send it to faction@factionfilms.co.uk

We often require people ranging from the innocent to the experienced so please send us your CV - it will be read.

Co-production/collaboration
If you have an idea for a project that you would like to discuss, or if you need a co-producer then we operate an open access policy and will act in total confidentiality.

Work experience
If you would like to come and do work experience, please write and tell us what your interests and experience are. We normally take trainees from the FT2 scheme as part of their courses but are always interested to hear from independent people wishing to gain some experience in factual production.
